Rep Della Au Belatti and Tom Moore of the Center for American Progress catch us up on Act 11, the Sunshine over Dark Money law. Two entities are suing in Federal Court, the Koch-Brothers-funded Grassroot Institute and the US Chamber of Commerce. They'll ask you to attend the first hearing the hearing is October 13, 2:30 pm, at the Honolulu Federal Courthouse and brief you on what to expect.
