Virtual Phone Bank · Volunteer organized for California Democratic Party
In partnership Call 4 Change and the California Democratic Party we're going to reach out to voters in our targeted districts early to hear their issues, concerns and ideas. We'll use some deep canvassing best practices to have more engaged and meaningful conversations.
We'll be using the state-of-the-art autodialer Scale To Win that we all love! You'll need an either a computer, laptop, Iphone or tablet and internet access to make the calls as well as a phone.
We will also be calling AZ, CO, MI and GA to flip Congress.
No experience necessary: Beginners will receive full training from our experienced trainers, including 1:1 training if necessary. Experienced callers who have used Scale-To-Win will receive training on the script and deep canvassing techniques before they start making calls.
Our coaches will also be on hand to help every step of the way.

What is Blue Wave?
Blue Wave is a nationwide effort to elect leaders into public office who work for us and stand up for what we believe in. It focuses on five key action items: postcarding, phone banking, text banking, canvassing, and social media outreach, each one adding to the momentum building toward the 2026 midterms and beyond.
