Limit state collaboration with DHS, ICE, and CBP

Seek new laws to limit deployment of the National Guard and prohibit agreements under 搂287(g) or others that would require state or county agencies and personnel to support or collaborate with actions that would violate the rights of residents or result in immigration enforcement.
